AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers with strong hands-on Agentic AI experience to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise applications.

Significant: Candidates must have real-world, hands-on Agentic AI project experience. Profiles focused only on GenAI, LLMs, or chatbot development will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Build autonomous AI agents using Python, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Implement planning, reasoning, goal decomposition, task orchestration, and self-correction.
- Design ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Reflexive, Hierarchical, and Multi-Agent architectures.
- Develop tool-augmented and function-calling agents.
- Build custom agent orchestration beyond standard frameworks.
- Implement RAG, agent memory, embeddings, vector search, and context management.
- Develop short-term and long-term memory using FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search, or similar technologies.
- Implement guardrails, action validation, failure recovery, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Deploy and monitor production-grade AI agents using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, and CI/CD.
- Implement agent observability, tracing, logging, evaluation, and performance monitoring.




- Develop testing frameworks for task success, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and hallucination detection.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, SaaS platforms, databases, and event-driven systems.

Required Skills

- Expert-level Python for ML, agent logic, orchestration, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of async programming, concurrency, and task scheduling.
- Proven hands-on experience developing Agentic AI / Autonomous AI Agents.
- Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs.
- Strong prompt engineering and LLM reasoning techniques.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent memory.
- Strong understanding of AI agent evaluation, monitoring, and production deployment.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, SQL/NoSQL, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Good to Have

- Knowledge Graphs and hybrid memory architectures.
- Event-driven systems and message queues.
- AgentOps/MLOps platforms.
- Prompt/model versioning and A/B testing.
- Experience with security, prompt-injection prevention, jailbreak mitigation, and responsible AI.
