Team Coordinator – Photography & Events

Location - Bokeh Ads | Kochi, Kerala (On-site + Event Travel)

Salary Range - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month (based on vibe, skills, and drive)

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, naturally social, and organized Team Coordinator to keep our shoots running smoothly and our crew in sync.

If you are a people-person who thrives in quick-paced environments, loves being in the middle of the action at grand weddings, and knows how to keep things chill under pressure, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Be the Anchor on Shoot Days: Travel with our photo/video crew, hype up the team, keep track of schedules, and make sure everything runs like clockwork on-site.
- Client Vibes & Communication: Talk to clients, understand what they need, make them feel comfortable, and help convert fresh inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Crew Coordination: Manage day-to-day shoot schedules, travel logistics, gear checklists, and post-production timelines so deliverables go out on time.
- Keep the Chaos Organized: Handle file handovers, project tracking, and general studio coordination without breaking a sweat.

whether it’s chatting with clients or coordinating a creative crew.
- Active on the Floor: You don’t sit in the corner—you take charge during events, spot bottlenecks before they happen, and solve problems on your feet.
- Chill but Accountable: You have a calm, easygoing personality, but you take ownership of timelines and responsibilities.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in English and Malayalam, confident on calls, and comfortable in front of clients.
- Ready to Travel: Excited to pack your bags for destination weddings across India and beyond.
- Aesthetic Sense: You don’t need to be a pro photographer, but an eye for good visuals and wedding storytelling goes a long way.
