About the Role

We are looking for a Drone Intern to join our R&D; / Integration team and gain hands-on exposure to UAV technology, engineering operations, product research, strategic sourcing, vendor coordination, and project management.

This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about Aerospace, Defence, UAVs, Engineering, Electronics, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

- Assist engineering teams with technical documentation, BOMs, specifications, and product comparison reports.
- Support product integration, testing, validation, and documentation activities.
- Prepare technical presentations, reports, and engineering documents.
- Maintain engineering records, drawings, and document revisions.

Product Research & Identification

- Research UAV technologies, sensors, payloads, electronic components, mechanical parts, and communication systems.
- Identify suitable COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products based on technical requirements.
- Compare products based on specifications, performance, pricing, lead time, and supplier capabilities.
- Maintain databases of products, suppliers, and technical references.

Sourcing & Vendor Coordination

- Identify and evaluate domestic and international suppliers.
- Request quotations and coordinate with vendors for technical and commercial information.
- Prepare vendor comparison statements and procurement summaries.
- Track procurement activities and supplier deliveries.
- Maintain vendor documentation and procurement records.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.




- Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Support effective communication between departments.

Documentation & MIS

- Maintain project, procurement, and technical trackers.
- Ensure proper document organization and version control.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and management dashboards.
- Support data management and reporting activities.

Expected Full-Time CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Final compensation and designation will be based on individual performance, skills, and organizational requirements.
