Dotin Digital Academy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, educational campaigns, advertisements and internal requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, typography, layout and branding. Portfolio quality will be an significant factor in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, creatives and promotional materials.
- Design advertisements for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create posters, banners, course promotional creatives and marketing materials.
- Design Instagram and Facebook creatives according to campaign requirements.
- Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets.
- Design educational and course-related visual content.
- Maintain consistent branding across all designs.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams.
- Convert creative concepts and requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Handle multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
- Keep up with current social-media design trends and visual styles.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of graphic design principles.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva.




- Basic knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
- Knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts and composition.
- Understanding of social-media creative formats.
- Good attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good Malayalam communication skills.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio can also apply.
- Candidates with freelance, academic or personal design projects are welcome.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Trivandrum.

Selection Criteria

Portfolio is a key part of the selection process. Candidates should be prepared to share previous designs such as social-media creatives, advertisements, posters, thumbnails, branding work or other relevant projects.
