Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, sales performance, customer queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.

· Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.

· Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Maintain accurate inventory and ensure stock availability across platforms.

· Monitor product rankings, sales, conversion rates, and marketplace performance.

· Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

· Coordinate marketplace promotions, offers, discounts, and campaigns.

· Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.

· Handle customer queries and marketplace-related issues professionally.

· Ensure marketplace policies, product information,



and documentation are properly maintained.

· Coordinate with accounts, logistics, marketing, and customer support teams.

· Identify and resolve listing, order, payment, and account-related issues.

· Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, returns, orders, and marketplace performance.

Required Skills

· Robust knowledge of E-commerce and marketplace operations.

· Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar platforms.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Understanding of product listing, SEO, pricing, inventory, and order management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify Admin

· Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.

· Experience in sales analytics and competitor research.

· Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
