Advertising Sales Manager – BTL Sales

Job Description

We are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to drive ATL & BTL revenue by developing new clients, pitching advertising solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate revenue through ATL & BTL advertising solutions.
- Identify prospects, make cold calls, schedule meetings, and pitch to brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
- Understand client requirements and create customized marketing solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and payment.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agencies.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities.
- Promote workplace advertising solutions such as Digital OOH,



branding spaces, activations, kiosks, and event spaces.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience or interest in Advertising Sales, BTL Sales, Media Sales, Institutional Sales, Space Selling, DOOH, Activation Sales, or Event Sponsorships.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
