Position: Client Support Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411019

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in Client Support, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.

Job Responsibilities

- Receive and handle incoming client calls professionally.
- Communicate with clients in a explicit and fluent manner, in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Understand client requirements, queries, and complaints.
- Create Ticket in ERP and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Follow up with clients regularly regarding pending issues, orders, services, and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client calls, follow-ups, and issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Project, and Technical teams for timely resolution.
- Update client-related information and follow-up status in ERP.
- Prepare and maintain reports ERP




- Ensure timely communication and follow-up until the client query is completely resolved.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple client queries and priorities.
- Good team coordination skills.
