Job Title: Head Chef

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen team management, cost control, hygiene standards, and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete kitchen team and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Plan and develop menus in coordination with management.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage kitchen manpower effectively.
- Train, guide, and supervise chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.




- Coordinate with the Purchase and F&B; teams for timely availability of raw materials.
- Handle guest feedback and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all kitchen sections.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and professional standards within the kitchen.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in a reputed restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food costing, inventory, and waste control.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
