Role: Technical Program Manager, Delivery Operations

Technical Program Manager to support a large delivery team of 30–40 resources based in India. This is more a coordination and enablement role than a hands-on delivery role. The Technical Program Manager will act as the central point of contact tracking day-to-day progress, proactively identifying where individual resources are blocked or at risk, and driving timely resolution by working across teams. The role is critical to keeping delivery visibility high for onshore stakeholders and reducing the time resources spend stuck on issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or program support roles, ideally in IT services/staffing environments.
- Proven experience coordinating with large teams (25+ resources) across distributed locations.




- Strong organizational skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting; PowerPoint for status decks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with client stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar tracking/ticketing systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple threads simultaneously, and drive follow-through without heavy supervision.
- Robust interpersonal skills — comfortable pushing for updates and holding people accountable in a professional, collaborative way.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; PMP/CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
