- Build long-term trust with high-value leads through structured follow-ups and active listening.
- Maintain accurate lead status, client histories, and interaction notes using standard CRM / MS Excel software.
- Consistently meet monthly conversion targets and daily client contact benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Communications, or Humanities preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in telecalling, outbound advisory sales, or immigration consulting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi. Knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, professional phone etiquette, and target-driven mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
