About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM), and a proven track record of planning and executing successful digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing assets.




- Generate qualified leads through various digital channels.
- Analyze website traffic, social media insights, and user engagement metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Content planning and campaign management expertise.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
