Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools and Power Docs.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise content management systems.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
