Business Development Associate – Solar

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + monthly performance incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and support sales activities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Research prospective customers and market opportunities.
- Contact prospects and conduct client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.




- Follow up with prospects and support business conversion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Solar industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good client relationship and business development skills.
- Comfortable with client outreach and meetings.
- Goal-oriented and organized approach.
