Job Description :-

- 6-10 years of experience in quantity estimation and client/contractor billing for high-rise residential projects (minimum one project with 20+ storeys)
- Strong expertise in preparing detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from GFC drawings and specifications for civil and finishing works
- Hands-on experience in rate analysis, item breakups, and working with DSR/market rates for Pune/Maharashtra region
- Proven experience in pre-construction cost planning, tender quantity finalization, and comparison statements for multiple contractors
- Positive understanding of contract conditions, measurement rules (IS codes), and change-order/variation documentation from a PMC or consultant side
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) for cost sheets, billing formats, and reconciliation statements
- Ability to coordinate with design consultants, client, and site teams to resolve quantity discrepancies and technical queries
- Working knowledge of GST, basic taxation implications, and standard billing documentation requirements

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
