THE ROLE

· Be the single source of truth on every product in the portfolio — spec sheets, logistics and lead times, certification status, and the collateral (case studies, technical data) needed to sell it.

· Work directly with the CEO to spot gaps — in the roadmap, in certifications, in collateral — and drive them closed.

· Track competitive intelligence: what OEMs and competitors are shipping, with what specs and certifications, and keep that view current.

· Maintain the certification matrix across the portfolio — what's certified, where, and what's pending — and flag gaps before they block a deal.

· Continuously assess our current portfolio against market and competitive needs, and bring recommendations on what to add, cut, or change.

· Keep a working view of landed cost by market as a reference point.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required





· Experience in product management or portfolio management for hardware, energy, or electronics products; solid organizational rigor across specs, certifications, logistics, and collateral spanning many SKUs; sharp competitive instincts; comfortable being the single point of accountability for "what do we actually have"; hands-on fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, and drafting — not just occasional use — with working expertise in Claude required; strong written English;

Nice to have

Background in BESS, solar, or power electronics; competitive intelligence or market research experience.
