Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer with 8 - 10 years of design experience to lead structural design and project coordination. The candidate shall design the projects independently , reviewing drawings, manage client coordination, and ensure high-quality deliverables for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. Guide and supervise the design team (engineers & draftsmen). Review and check architectural & structural drawings for accuracy. Perform structural design & analysis using STAAD.Pro, ETABS , Staad Foundation, SAFE, and AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with IS Codes / International Codes. Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors for technical solutions. Deliver projects within schedule, quality, and budget.



Conduct Weekly meetings with Staff & Clients and report to management

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of structural analysis, foundations, and PEB structures. Excellent team management and project coordination skills. Knowledge of IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.). Robust communication & client handling skills

B.Tech - Civil / M.Tech - Structures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
