We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads and managing digital marketing campaigns independently.

Experience in Audit, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, Financial Advisory, or Business Setup companies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies including Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
- Improve website traffic, landing page performance, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, conversions,



and overall ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with management to achieve lead generation and business targets.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Proven experience generating B2B leads through digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Experience in Audit, Accounting, Tax, Financial Services, or Business Setup is preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
