Roles & Responsibilities

- Marketing strategy: Define and implement long-term marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- CRM management: Oversee CRM systems to optimize customer engagement, retention, and data-driven decision-making.
- Wati expertise: Manage WhatsApp business communication through Wati, leveraging automation for customer interaction.
- Campaign execution: Design, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp (Reddit optional).
- Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, product,



and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Brand development: Strengthen brand positioning through innovative campaigns and consistent messaging.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Solid expertise in CRM platforms and Wati.
- Hands-on experience in digital campaign management across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp (Reddit optional).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
