Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, manage a team of electricians, and perform troubleshooting tasks for electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of electrical team and contractors.
- Ensure electrical installations and repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work for electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
- Monitor work progress and report to management.
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff

Qualifications:

- BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
