Team Leader – Customer Support

Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader – Customer Support to manage day-to-day customer support operations and ensure effective team performance. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, good communication skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support a team of customer service executives.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity and service quality.
- Track individual and team targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports and MIS.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and work allocation.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching and support to team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records and follow company processes.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Prior team handling experience will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of coding or technical concepts.
- Ability to manage targets, productivity and team performance.
- Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment.
