Job Title: Manager – IFRS 17 (Insurance)

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA with 5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry to support IFRS/Ind AS implementation, with a primary focus on IFRS 17. The role involves finance transformation, accounting, reporting, and process optimization for insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Support IFRS/Ind AS implementation, especially IFRS 17, along with IFRS 9 and IFRS 16.
- Conduct gap analysis and design accounting and reporting processes.
- Assist in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation and support finance transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

- CA with 5+ years of financial reporting experience in the Insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16.
- Experience in finance operations, financial close, and reporting.
- IFRS 17 implementation experience is preferred.
- Exposure to ETL, reporting, or visualization tools is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
