About the Role : We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who are fluent in both English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining services/products to customers, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly in English and Hindi.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken is mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
