We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Fundraising Interns who want to gain practical experience in fundraising, communication, outreach, and social impact.

Job Summary

As a Fundraising Intern, you will support the organization in raising funds and building relationships with individuals, institutions, corporates, and communities. The role involves outreach, communication, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and working with the team to achieve fundraising targets.

This is a suitable for candidates who are confident communicators, persuasive, motivated, and interested in working in the social-impact sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential donors, supporters, institutions, and organizations.
- Communicate Siddhas Trust's programs and social-impact initiatives effectively.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective donors and supporters.
- Conduct fundraising outreach through calls, messages, emails, meetings, and other channels.
- Support fundraising campaigns, events, and awareness activities.
- Follow up with prospective donors and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of fundraising leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the fundraising team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Contribute ideas for improving fundraising and donor engagement strategies.




- Represent Siddhas Trust professionally while communicating with stakeholders.

Eligibility

- Graduates from any stream can apply.
- Final-year/final-semester students pursuing graduation can apply.
- Freshers with a strong interest in fundraising and social impact are welcome.
- Candidates with prior sales, business development, telecalling, fundraising, or outreach experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English speaking skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Ability to work with fundraising targets.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
