1. Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Experience

0–2 years preferred; freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer relationship teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
