About Us: L&T; Finance is one of India's leading Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), providing a wide range of financial products and services. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our expanding team in Jaipur and drive our Two-Wheeler Loan business.

Job Summary: As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of L&T; Finance for our two-wheeler loan segment. Your primary focus will be generating loan leads, building strong relationships with local two-wheeler dealerships, and guiding customers smoothly through the loan financing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source two-wheeler loan applications from authorized vehicle dealerships and open-market channels in Jaipur.
- Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with dealer staff and showroom managers.
- Assist customers with the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is collected accurately and submitted on time.
- Ensure a fast turnaround time (TAT) for loan processing and disbursement.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduation is strictly mandatory.




- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! (Candidates with 1-2 years of field sales experience will also be considered).
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Hindi and the local language is required.
- Traits: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic field-sales environment.
- Mandatory: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal two-wheeler for field travel.
