Job Summary

Sukoon Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations across psychiatric hospitals and rehabilitation centres. The role is responsible for managing housekeeping, security, food & beverage, laundry, liaison, and maintenance services, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and patient-centric facility operations aligned with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping, security, F&B;, laundry, liaison, and maintenance services within approved budgets
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs)
- Create and manage facility budgets, operational plans, and improvement initiatives
- Maintain financial and non-financial records related to facility operations
- Inspect buildings and infrastructure to identify repair, maintenance, or renovation needs
- Plan and coordinate installations, refurbishments, and facility upgrades
- Evaluate, onboard, and supervise in-house teams and outsourced service providers
- Manage maintenance of equipment and supplies in compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor utilities consumption and implement cost-optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements





Key Requirements & Competencies

Education

- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
- Hospitality, healthcare, or facilities management background preferred

Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in facilities management
- Experience managing outsourced service providers for housekeeping, security, F&B;, laundry, and maintenance
- Experience in healthcare or hospital facilities preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
