Job Description:

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer with expertise in uniform design to join our team on a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office, contributing to the conceptualization and creation of modern, functional uniforms. You will leverage your fashion design skills and knowledge of fabrics to deliver high-quality designs that are both stylish and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

Visualize and create design concepts by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Develop mood boards and design concepts to present to clients.

Stay up-to-date with emerging fashion trends and general trends in fabric, colors, and shapes.

Plan and develop uniform ranges based on specific themes.

Use specialist software and CAD programs to create and refine design ideas.

Experiment with colors, fabrics, and textures to craft unique uniform designs.

Keep abreast of new production techniques and textile technologies.

Ensure timely completion of design projects and meet client expectations.





Spot and integrate fabric design trends into uniform collections.

Work independently, with the flexibility to balance remote and office work.

Qualifications:

Degree in Specific field from NIFT or any other industry.

Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in uniform or functional wear design.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.

Strong creative vision with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and textile technologies.

Education from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) will be considered a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
