Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting systems to maintain application health.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of incidents.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
