Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advocate to manage all legal matters related to real estate and property development within the organization. The role involves ensuring that all transactions, agreements, and regulatory compliances are legally sound, safeguarding the company’s interests while maintaining transparency with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Documentation & Drafting

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale agreements, MoUs, title deeds, and lease agreements.
- Ensure accuracy and legal compliance in all contractual documents.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Matters

- Ensure all projects comply with RERA and other applicable real estate laws.
- Stay updated with changes in real estate regulations and legal requirements.

3. Property Transactions & Due Diligence

- Provide legal support for property registrations, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition.
- Conduct thorough checks to mitigate legal risks.

4. Litigation & Dispute Management





- Represent the company in legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory hearings.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain organized records of all legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.

6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Address customer queries related to agreements, possession, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and legal departments as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate law (preferred).
- Strong understanding of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, and related laws.
