Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for client requirements.
- Handle leads, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures.
- Understand client requirements and support sales conversion and business development.
- Handle client queries and grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Accounts and other teams for smooth client servicing.
- Maintain regular client communication and build long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for referrals, repeat business and new business.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Sales,



preferably in Civil Construction or Real Estate.
- B.Tech/B.E. Civil preferred, with good knowledge of construction and project activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, confident and well-presented.
