Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate leads.
- Explain products/services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Telesales/customer handling experience is preferred.
