Job Description,

1. Compounding & dispensing for indoor & outdoor patient department.

2. Filling & labeling of medical containers.

3. Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine.

4. Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.

5. Maintains sufficient stock of antidotes for poisoning & emergency medicine.

6. Checking the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics, biological products & other pharmaceutical preparation.

7. Detailing about medicine to physicians, internees & nurses, etc.

8. Maintainers of a proper system of all records.

9. Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine.

10. Planning & executing the pharmacy & therapeutic committee.

11. Cooperating in the teaching program.

12. Implementation of the decision of the pharmacy & therapeutic committee.

13. Preparation of periodic reports, annual report & budget, etc.

14.



Purchase, management of budgetary matters as inventory & control of receipt supply & store.

15. GRN entry & Bill scan to HO for payment process.

16. Physical stock audit on regular basis.

17. Maintaining statutory requirements like schedule register, purchase & sales bills filing, etc.

18. Segregation of short expiry & non-moving medicines on regular basis and return to vendors.
