Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Sales and Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse logistics while driving sales operations. In this hybrid role, you will oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse staff while maintaining robust relationships with clients to drive revenue and streamline sales-to-delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Operations & Client Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and sales quotes.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing client accounts.
- Coordinate directly with field sales reps and clients to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding shipments, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management




- Supervise daily warehouse tasks: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts by conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
- Optimize storage space and implement efficient stock organization protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software to track stock movements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
