Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains. Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision. Source candidates through multiple channels - job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques. Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.



Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory). Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients. Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
