Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with AI-driven ServiceNow solutions and strong expertise in one or more core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation, AI-driven workflows, and Agentic AI solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.

Build and implement AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI use cases.

Develop scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and AI platforms.

Develop and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows and business processes.





Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.

Mandatory Skills

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Agentic AI.

Strong expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules:

- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/Agentic AI solutions, including technologies such as

- Now Assist
- Moveworks
- Armis
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow workflows and enterprise systems.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Certifications
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
- Any CIS Certification – Preferred

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
