Job Summary

Adventic Suzuki is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and performance-driven Network Manager to take overall responsibility for the Sales and Service operations of the dealership network.

The Network Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales and service targets, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability across all functions. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage sales, service, spare parts, customer experience, and team performance while maintaining the operational standards prescribed by Suzuki.

The Network Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager & Service Manager, providing regular business updates, performance analysis, strategic recommendations, and action plans for continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Network Management

- Take overall responsibility for the performance of the dealership's Sales and Service operations.
- Drive achievement of sales volume, service revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Monitor overall dealership performance and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, Insurance, and other support functions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, compliance, and customer service across the organisation.
- Act as the primary operational link between the management and the various dealership teams.

2. Sales Management

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test rides, bookings, retail sales, and conversion ratios.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, and repeat sales.
- Monitor sales performance by individual team members, models, and locations.
- Drive finance, insurance, accessories, and other related revenue opportunities.
- Ensure effective showroom management, product presentation, customer engagement, and vehicle delivery processes.
- Develop strong customer relationships and increase referrals, repeat purchases, and customer retention.
- Review competitor activity and market trends and recommend appropriate business strategies.

3. Service Management

- Lead the service and workshop operations to achieve productivity, revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive service revenue, labour sales, spare parts sales, repeat service visits, and customer retention.
- Monitor workshop productivity, bay utilisation, job card flow, technician efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure high standards of repair quality, diagnostics, vehicle delivery, and customer communication.




- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Suzuki service processes, standards, warranty procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to improve customer retention and maximise the lifetime value of customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase paid service, periodic maintenance, accessories, and spare parts business.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and support teams.
- Establish clear KPIs, targets, and performance expectations for each department.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective measures where required.
- Identify training and development needs and ensure continuous improvement of employee capabilities.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, customer focus, teamwork, and performance.
- Ensure adequate manpower planning and optimum utilisation of available resources.

5. Business Analysis & MIS

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering Sales, Service, Spare Parts, revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse key performance indicators and identify gaps against targets.
- Present regular performance reports and business updates to the MD and Chairman.
- Recommend corrective actions and strategic initiatives based on business performance and market conditions.
- Track implementation of management decisions and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor department-wise profitability and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue improvement.

6. Customer Experience

- Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience across Sales and Service.
- Establish processes for effective customer communication, follow-up, complaint handling, and retention.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores, feedback, complaints, and online reputation.
- Personally intervene in critical customer escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty, referrals, repeat purchases, and service retention.

7. Compliance & Suzuki Standards

- Ensure adherence to Suzuki policies, processes, standards, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with statutory, safety, insurance, warranty, and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and process discipline across Sales and Service operations.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and professional dealership environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, preferably in the two-wheeler industry.




- Strong experience in both Sales and Service operations is preferred.
- Previous experience in a senior dealership leadership or management position is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets, increasing revenue, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of two-wheeler sales, workshop operations, spare parts, customer retention, and dealership KPIs.
- Experience in managing multiple departments and large teams.
- Robust analytical and business management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM/DMS systems, MIS reporting, and MS Office.
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

Reporting & Accountability

The Network Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager & Service Manager and will be accountable for the overall performance and growth of the Sales and Service network.

The position will require regular interaction with senior management and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, along with recommendations and action plans for achieving business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, commercially driven, and people-oriented automobile professional capable of managing both Sales and Service operations as one integrated business.

The person should have the maturity to work directly with the MD and Chairman as well, take ownership of business results, make data-driven decisions, lead teams effectively, resolve customer and operational issues, and consistently drive the network towards higher sales, service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
