Job description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads, chat-based sales, and quote preparation, while learning to recommend the right technical solutions. This is a hands-on execution role, not just coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming leads via chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls

Understand basic customer requirements and convert them into structured quotes

Prepare and send pricing proposals quickly (within defined TAT)

Suggest relevant solutions (hosting, cloud, servers, etc.)

Follow up with leads and move them toward closure

Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheet

Coordinate with technical team when needed

Candidate Profile

BBA / MBA / B.Tech / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

Solid interest in sales + technology

Good written English (important for chat sales)

Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable with targets

Basic understanding of internet, domains, hosting (training will be provided)
