We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between our outdoor sales field team, the internal 3D design department, and our clients. This office-based role focuses on tracking leads, managing client documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

In-Office Support: Act as the primary operational anchor for field sales executives, helping them prepare client files, documentation, and product catalogs.

Lead Management: Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries, maintain the sales database, and update lead statuses regularly.

Inter-departmental Link: Work directly with our internal 3D design team to ensure accurate client dimensions and layout preferences are accurately communicated.





Client Communication: Handle inbound customer calls, answer initial inquiries, and provide regular project updates to clients over the phone and via email.

Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales progress tracking reports for the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in sales coordination, customer support, or front-office operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
