Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to strengthen our product and design team and help us create intuitive, contemporary, and engaging user experiences across our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Design & Product Experience

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for EasySocial's dashboard, chatbot builder, campaign management, analytics, CRM, and reseller modules.
- Translate product requirements and business objectives into clear and effective user experiences.
- Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with product and brand guidelines.
- Design experiences that are simple and easy to understand for both new and existing users.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Explore multiple design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Clearly communicate design decisions and user-flow logic to the product and development teams.

3. Design System & Components

- Build and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to EasySocial's design system.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, buttons, forms, tables, navigation, and other UI elements.
- Help establish scalable design patterns across different product modules.

4. User Research & Usability

- Understand user needs, pain points, and product usage patterns.




- Participate in user feedback sessions and usability testing.
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve overall product experience.
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve existing interfaces.

5. Product Collaboration

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical design solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Review developed interfaces and provide design feedback to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas for improving the overall user experience.

6. Continuous Improvement

- Analyze existing product interfaces and identify areas for UI/UX improvement.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, SaaS design patterns, and emerging design tools.
- Continuously improve usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual quality across the platform.

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Valuable understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and modern SaaS interfaces.
- Ability to create clean, consistent, and visually appealing UI designs.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, layouts, colors,



and visual hierarchy.

Product Design

- Ability to understand complex product requirements and convert them into simple user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and design-thinking skills.
- Ability to design dashboards, forms, tables, workflows, modals, navigation systems, and other SaaS product interfaces.
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

Collaboration

- Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.

Valuable to Have

- Experience designing SaaS, CRM, chatbot, marketing automation, or dashboard-based products.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to understand technical feasibility and communicate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.
- Experience with user testing and usability research.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Experience working with AI-powered products or automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of frontend development concepts such as React.js is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,300.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
