Position: Project Manager – Civil (Warehouse Construction)Company Overview

We are a construction company specializing in warehouse and industrial building projects, delivering safe, high-quality, and timely civil construction solutions.

Job Role

The Project Manager – Civil will be responsible for end-to-end execution of warehouse construction projects, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality, and time parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil works for warehouse projects.
- Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Control project timelines, budgets, and material usage.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.




- Prepare progress reports, billing, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in civil construction, preferably warehouse/industrial projects.

Salary

- CTC: 20–35, based on experience and suitability.

Project Sites / As Assigned

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
