At Zostel, Vibe Curators are the people who make hostels feel alive. Your job is to make sure they reach their destinations smoothly, from selection to showing up on-ground, ready to go!

You’ll be working closely with the Community team at Zostel hq to experience how India’s first backpackers' exclusive brand keeps its community & culture moving and flowing.

What you will do

- Managing candidates across multiple locations
- Running onboarding journeys
- Communicating with people from different backgrounds, cities, and countries
- Handling timelines, delays, and last-minute changes without losing control
- Understanding how a distributed team operates
- If you’re exploring HR, hiring, operations, or people-facing roles,

Tenure & Setup
