Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Open and close doors for guests in a courteous manner.
- Assist guests with luggage coordination along with bell desk staff.
- Guide guests to the reception area or other hotel facilities.
- Assist in managing vehicle movement at the hotel entrance.
- Coordinate with valet parking and security staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area.
- Provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist elderly guests, children, and differently-abled guests when needed.
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly.
- Ensure proper grooming and qualified appearance at all times.
- Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to security or management.
- Help during VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and events.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
