Floor Manager – Restaurant Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant floor operations.

Ensure smooth and productive service during opening, peak hours, and closing.

Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of service staff.

Allocate staff duties, sections, and shifts as per business requirements.

Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

Monitor table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.

Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth service.

Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.

Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

Conduct staff briefings before each shift and communicate daily requirements.





Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the restaurant floor.

Check stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments for requirements.

Assist in training and developing restaurant service staff.

Monitor billing and payment procedures and resolve billing-related issues.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.

Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Ensure proper closing procedures and handover at the end of each shift

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
