Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors and the healthcare team. The candidate should have strong clinical skills, good communication, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and shift handover reports.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hygiene standards.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care instructions.
- Handle and monitor medical equipment appropriately.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary nursing support.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ensure proper stock of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Relevant hospital/clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in ICU / OT / Emergency / Medical Ward will be an advantage.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
