Key Responsibilities:

 Machine Setup: Prepare, set up, and calibrate Vertical Machining Centers to ensure they

are ready for production. This includes tool selection, work piece positioning, and fixture

setup.

 Tool Changes: Perform tool changes and adjustments as needed during the machining

process, and maintain tooling inventory.

 Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to ensure the quality of parts meets

specifications, and make necessary adjustments as required.

 Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

for yourself and colleagues.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setup, tool changes, and

production data.

 Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the

machining process to minimize downtime.

 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest

solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

 Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and CNC programs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
