About the Role

We are looking for a Product Design Lead with strong experience in Product Design, UX, Usability, Design Systems, User Research, and B2C digital products.

The role will own the end-to-end design strategy for digital customer journeys across app and web, while leading designers and partnering with Product, Business, Analytics, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design vision and strategy for digital customer journeys across app and web.
- Lead, mentor, and manage designers, including performance management and capability building.
- Partner with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to create intuitive digital experiences.
- Drive moderated and unmoderated user research and translate customer pain points into actionable design solutions.
- Define and drive A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps with Analytics/Testing teams.
- Guide prototype development, including AI-based design and prototyping tools.
- Build, govern, and drive adoption of Design Systems across multiple teams and journeys.
- Track design impact using CX metrics, behavioural data, and experimentation results.
- Provide final design direction and sign-off before development handoff.
- Benchmark customer journeys against competitors, industry trends, and emerging AI/design practices.
- Represent Design in product reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Mandatory Requirements

- 7–10 years of relevant Product/UX Design experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing digital customer journeys for app and web.
- 1+ year of experience managing and mentoring designers.




- Experience owning end-to-end design strategy and final design sign-off.
- Strong experience building and governing Design Systems.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience defining design variations and success metrics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based design/prototyping tools.
- Experience in a high-volume B2C / digital-first product environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Solid portfolio showing app/web journeys, Design Systems, research, experimentation, and measurable impact.
- Pune-based candidates only.
- Must be available for an in-person first-round interview in Pune.

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹4,400,000.00 per year
