Our client, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Develop reliable and scalable applications, workflows, and automation solutions, streamlining processes, improving user experiences, enhancing productivity, and enforcing data hygiene.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Improve development capabilities, where possible, to accelerate demand delivery without compromising quality or user experience.
- Apply thought leadership to understand dependencies, maintain security, and ensure platform performance and stability.
- Maintain instance health by adhering to ServiceNow best practices through configuration and development, leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) features, capabilities, and configurations wherever possible.




- Promote continuous improvement and implement platform performance optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain compliance and drive the timely and controlled adoption of platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
- Implement reports and dashboards as needed.
- Build and maintain technical design and configuration documentation.
- Provide mentorship through example and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Have

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:

- Approximately 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of ServiceNow Platform development and implementation experience, with expertise in JavaScript and XML.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Virtual Agent and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform products, including ITSM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Experience with Scoped Applications, Custom Applications, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Experience planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades and cloning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- ServiceNow certifications on the latest supported version, such as Application Developer and Certified System Administrator.
