Job Summary
Gold Coins Club & Resort is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our daily cleaning and property upkeep operations. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards across our rooms, suites, cottages, banquet facilities, and public spaces. The goal is to elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring immaculate property aesthetics and rapid room turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities

- Housekeeping Operations: Supervise the deep cleaning of all premium suites, aqua rooms, heritage cottages, restrooms, and common amenities.
- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and distribute daily duties to the housekeeping staff and room attendants.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular daily walkthroughs and strict checklist audits to maintain high cleanliness scores.
- Landscape Coordination: Oversee the maintenance of our outdoor lawns, gardens, and resort walkways to preserve a pristine natural environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the inventory of guest amenities, linens, uniforms, and specialized cleaning chemicals.




- Guest Relations: Address any housekeeping-related guest issues or special setup requests promptly and professionally.
- Staff Training: Provide systematic training to freshers and experienced attendants on cleaning protocols, personal grooming, and hospitality etiquette.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of core housekeeping operations experience (resort or premium hotel background preferred).
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred but not mandatory if candidate has equivalent solid experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals, equipment operation, and laundry procedures.
- Proximity: Willingness to commute to Electronic City Phase II or relocate nearby.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
