Hiring – Restaurant Manager (RM)
Location: GK-2, Recent Delhi
Experience: 2–4 years in Café / Restaurant Operations
Must have Coffee / Café experience
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives + Service Charges
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train and manage the front-of-house team.
- Monitor customer service, food & beverage quality.
- Handle inventory, stock control and daily cash/POS operations.
- Ensure hygiene, SOPs and service standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer concerns and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets.
