Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan project schedules, resources, budgets, and execution.
- Manage daily site activities, workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, clients, and contractors.
- Monitor quality, materials, workmanship, and project progress.
- Control project costs, verify bills, BOQs, and material consumption.
- Ensure site safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Maintain DPRs, drawings, approvals, MOMs, billing, inspection, and handover records.
- Resolve technical/site issues and report project status to management.

Skills & Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials,



drawings, BOQ, and billing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7–15 years, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects.

Job Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: As per experience and profile.
